The song “Don’t Call Me Angel” stars Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus, and Lana Del Rey is featuring in the movie Charlie Angels starring Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, Ella Balinska as the angels and Elizabeth Banks as bosey that comes out November 15, 2019.
Charlie’s Angels is the famous franchise where it’s about 3 skillful women who work on a mission trying to get the bad guy and always run into issues where the villain who wants to get to know who charlie’s identity. Anyways Don’t Call Me Angel will be the new song that stars in the New Charlie’s Angels also is the first film they have bosey as a female. For those who don’t know who Bosey is, it’s basically the person who tells the angels what their next mission is and also helps them when needed but he is the only one that knows the true identity of charlie.
With Lana Del Rey, Miley Cyrus and Ariana Grande I must say this is a trio that the world must watch out for. But out of the three I listen more to Ariana Grande because I like a majority of her songs and the other two I really don’t so well. But overall this song is probably one of my favorite collaboration beside Lizzo and Missy Elliot in Tempo. So this is a five out of five stars for me and the reason for it because the song plays to each artist specialty like Lana Del Rey’s part is very slow and has that vibe of taking control, towards the end of her part she says “We in it together but don’t call me “Angel”.
They each are good in their own ways such as Ariana Grande has the vocals where she is able to reach four octaves and do a whistle tone, Miley Cyrus has more of pop rock kind of tone her voice with a little country. While Lana Del Rey sings with a soft tone, as if she was whispering in a kind of way playing with her soft voice and tones. So this song I must say played to each of the artists strengths making it to the top 100 at number thirteen within the first day it was released.
