It was 2021’s first time uniting as a class to perform for everyone. Since it was their first Nonfire, there will always be to be a lot of things to improve. I asked freshman about their experience of being in the spotlight for the first time.
“My first experience non-fire was really fun. I got to meet a lot of new people and know the officers a bit more Even though we made mistakes, I thoroughly enjoyed the event. As far as school pride goes, nothing really changed. I plan on returning next year so we can hopefully put on a much better show next year. ” - Lucien Chen ('21)

"My first non-fire experience was really fun but stressful because time management was an issue. I plan on returning next year. When it comes to being nervous before or after the event, I was definitely more nervous during the event. Next year I want to be a supporting character because as a main character is too big of a role and I feel like I'll probably mess up.” - Kate Van ('21)
Though they felt really rushed and lacked on time management, they still brought an outstanding show and next year as sophomores they will bring a more amazing show.
