I’m always trying to think positive. This can reduce your stress and may reflect your outlook in life. You become happier and more optimistic.
3. Be aware of your posture, stand tall and smile.
Even though I’m not the tallest, I like to stand tall. This will instantly make you feel more awake, in control and confident by raising your eye level to those around you and smiling opens yourself to having a conversation others.
4. Socialize with others.
The more I socialize with others, the more comfortable I feel doing it. This makes you more confident in talking to others and maybe even talking to your crush.

You can dress comfortably but also don't dress like a slob. I like to wear whatever makes me happy. Whether it be sweats or a skirt, I make sure I wear it with pride.
